Custom Home Pricing

Each home is unique which makes prices vary. Typically, a custom home will start out at around $145 per sq.ft. Houses with more features and styling will increase cost. A good range to expect will be between $145 to $170 per sq.ft.

To get a detailed price for your house all that is needed is a set of architectural prints. Once we have those prints, we will have all the information we need to get you a bid.

We can give recommendations on where to get blueprints made if you are having trouble finding someone.
