Priority one is getting exactly what you need done right. You’ll sit down with our expert team who will listen, give advice, and construct a solution to your specific needs.
Contract & Scheduling
Once you are happy with your estimate and have signed a contract, your project will be put on our schedule to begin construction.
Construction begins! The superintendent, who will be overseeing your job, will contact you when we come to prepare the job site for the build. At this step things will begin to be set into motion such as materials being delivered to the site, and any work, like building pads, will be done.
Construction will be carried out according to the customers specifications in the signed contract. We’ll strive to communicate clearly and honestly every step of the way. We encourage you to be helpful in any way that you wish while knowing everything is in good hands.
The Chapman Quality Standard
At the end of the project your superintendent will personally come out and inspect the building one last time to make sure everything meets our quality standard and your specifications in the contract.
