The Chapman Family Story

What started as Joel and Jeremy Chapman’s vision to serve Oklahoma families has grown into something deeper; a multi-generational commitment where craftsmanship and character matter as much as concrete and steel.

The “J and J” represents the Chapman brothers—Joel and Jeremy—who launched this company together. Today, the family has expanded to include the next generation. Dustin Chapman, Joel’s son, works alongside his father, while Jeremy continues as project manager and superintendent, especially stepping up to keep operations running when Joel was bedridden.

The Chapman women keep everything organized: Rachel (Jeremy’s daughter-in-law) manages our office operations and Rebecca (Joel’s wife and Dustin’s mother) oversees our finances as treasurer.

Our team wouldn’t be complete without the dedicated work of Ben, Kip, Royce, and Johana. Royce keeps our projects running smoothly by delivering materials as needed, while Ben and Kip serve as project managers and superintendents. Johana supports both the team and our clients as our secretary, ensuring everything stays organized and on track.
